The necklace also comes with a mini ferrocerium rod that can be used with the striker to easily create sparks, allowing you to start a fire without any other tools. It will work at any altitude and in any weather condition, so you can rest assured you’ll have access to heat rain, or shine.
The striker features a serrated blade that will assist with striking the mini ferro rod to create flame sparks. It can also be used as a sturdy cutting device in a pinch!
The necklace itself is constructed of durable 550 paracord and can be adjusted for custom comfort. It has an overall length of 16”, and can be taken apart to double the length of paracord in an emergency.
